Returns Policy for Online Sales

Penthouse Menswear is happy for you to return any item you purchase from our website within 14 calendar days of receiving it (Christmas Excluded). During this period you can return the item for any reason. If you return any item because of change of mind you will have to pay the cost of returning it. There will be no charge for returning an item that is faulty. All items however will be checked before approving the refund to ensure they are as described and are free from damage or faults. Your refund will be credited to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Unwanted goods must be returned in a fully resalable condition and any tags must be intact. Extra care must be taken when trying on clothing, please ensure you are not wearing any make up, fragrance or deodorant that may leave a scent or mark. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange or refund if goods are not returned in a saleable condition or are damaged.

Exceptions: In the interest of health & safety we cannot accept returns of:
Underwear once the original sealed packaging and tags have been opened or removed.
Fragrance cannot be returned once original sealed packaging/tags have been removed.
Hats unless tags are still in place and packaging remains unopened and undamaged unless faulty.

How can I return items?
If you have purchased from our online site you can make a return in – store, via An Post or through a parcel or courier service. You must have your order number.

Returning items in –store
You are able to return any item you purchased in –store immediately provided you have your dispatch note and goods for return are in a resalable condition, unopened with tags and undamaged. Our store assistants will refund your original payment card or help you find an alternative. Refunds to cards can take 3 -5 working days to process and are the responsibility of your card provider. If you do not have your original payment with you and still wish to make a return, a Penthouse Menswear gift voucher will be offered to you.

Returning items by post
A returns form will be enclosed with your order. Simply complete your returns form and enclose it with your repackaged items and return it to Penthouse Menswear online PENTHOUSE, UNIT 39, LIFFEY VALLEY SHOPPING CENTRE, DUBLIN 22, D22 VE84

Returning items by courier/parcel services

What information do we collect about you?
Information is collected from you when you register with penthousemenswear.com, order goods from us, sign up to receive updates or when you participate in any online marketing competitions or surveys. This may include name, address, phone number, email address and card details. We do not store card details of any users for security reasons and card payments are processed currently by WixPayments. We may collect non-personal identification information about users whenever they interact with penthousemenswear.com. Non-personal identification information may include the browser name, the type of computer and technical information about users means of connection to our site, such as the operating system and the Internet service providers utilized and other similar information.

Security
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you place an order or enter, submit, or access your personal information. Facebook: From time to time we collect user information through Facebook. The information collected is in the form of name, email and mobile phone number. By signing up to our forms on Facebook you are giving consent to receive occasional marketing material such as news, offers or updates on Penthouse menswear or Penthousemenswear.com. We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions are accurate at the time of uploading those products to the website.  Penthouse Menswear reserves the right to withdraw any product from the website without any prior notification. Penthouse Menswear also reserves the right to amend prices of products without prior notification. Penthouse menswear reserves the right to amend pricing before delivery should any error occur on the site beyond our control arise due to human input, technical issues or outside interference.

Our products are all priced in Euro and are inclusive of VAT and delivery where appropriate. When paying, this is the amount that will be deducted from your debit or credit card.  When purchasing products with any other currencies, debit or credit cards, the exchange rates will be set by the cardholder’s bank. Penthouse Menswear has no control over exchange rates. Any queries regarding fluctuations in rates should be directed to the cardholder’s bank.

3. Ordering Goods
When an order is placed on the Penthouse Menswear online store, you will receive a confirmation email confirming that we have received your order and that the order is being processed.  Once the order has been dispatched you will receive a second email confirming this and it will include a tracking where applicable.

All products are subject to availability. Our display of products on our website is an invitation and not an offer to sell those goods to you. An offer is made when you place the order for your products.
If products that you order are out of stock, subject to a delay or the price is higher than that shown on your order, we will try to contact you at the email address you provided when placing your order. If we cannot contact you or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process any remaining products on your order. We will not supply a replacement product without your authorisation. 4. Online Promotions
From time to time Penthouse Menswear may offer promotional discounts, codes, coupons or other forms or promotions. These promotions may only be used on www.penthousemenswear.com and are not for use in-store unless otherwise stated. Penthouse Menswear also reserves the right to alter these promotions in any way without prior notification. Prices on www.penthousemenswear.com are automatically discounted by 10% of RRP across the majority of our products. Any resulting price increase that oocurs before times of sale or other promotions is done to reflect a more accurate discount. Certain products are not inclued in our automatic discount or in sales.

We may make changes to these Terms of Use (and to any such additional rules) from time to time; we may notify you of such changes by any reasonable means, including by posting the revised version of these Terms of Use on the Site.
